DIRECTOR

Steve has over 25 years’ experience in the earthmoving, civil construction, mining and transport industries. Prior to joining Arrowsmith Group, he was a Director in ANZ’s Structured Asset Finance business and had previously held leadership roles at Caterpillar Financial Australia Limited. Steve has deep and broad experiences in dealing with contractors and structuring arrangements to suit their requirements.

Simon has had significant experience in the corporate banking and accounting industries over the last 20 years. His experience in finance and handling of equipment capital ensures that clients are utilising their capital to maximum efficiency.  

NATIONAL DIRECTOR BROKER RELATIONSHIPS

Paul’s 20 plus years of experience spans across Accounting, Tax, Banking and Finance industries.

This combined knowledge and skill set has enabled Paul to structure effective cashflow solutions for clients.

His focus is assisting Brokers to deliver the benefits of the Rent to Buy product to their customer base.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Julia has over 20 years experience in administration, accounting and taxation, having worked within a range of small business, corporations and professional offices. Julia coordinates all day-to-day operational activities for Arrowsmith Assets.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Assistant Operations Manager, Madalina supports the day-to-day operations of Arrowsmith, helping to ensure our business runs efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to our clients and partners.

 With almost six years' experience in business operations within an award-winning international design and architecture practice in the UK, Madalina developed a broad skill set across operations, business administration, finance, human resources, process improvement and business development.

 At Arrowsmith, she works closely with the team to support operational efficiency, strengthen internal processes and contribute to a seamless client experience.

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

With a strong background in customer service and administration across various business settings, Julie brings a versatile skill set to her role as Sales Support Administrator. Julie is focused on providing excellent administrative support to the sales team whilst delivering a positive customer service experience.
