Steve has over 25 years’ experience in the earthmoving, civil construction, mining and transport industries. Prior to joining Arrowsmith Group, he was a Director in ANZ’s Structured Asset Finance business and had previously held leadership roles at Caterpillar Financial Australia Limited. Steve has deep and broad experiences in dealing with contractors and structuring arrangements to suit their requirements.

Simon has had significant experience in the corporate banking and accounting industries over the last 20 years. His experience in finance and handling of equipment capital ensures that clients are utilising their capital to maximum efficiency.

Paul’s 20 plus years of experience spans across Accounting, Tax, Banking and Finance industries.

This combined knowledge and skill set has enabled Paul to structure effective cashflow solutions for clients.

His focus is assisting Brokers to deliver the benefits of the Rent to Purchase product to their customer base.

SALES MANAGER - WA

Brad has 23 years of Dealership experience specialising in heavy construction machinery sales including dry hire rental with an outstanding and driven commitment to customer service. Brad’s core focus is helping the team with delivering Rent to Purchase solutions to the broader market.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - QLD

Michael brings over 25 years of experience from the banking and finance industry, offering a unique perspective to equipment solutions. With a strong background in asset finance and lending, including structuring, Michael excels at assisting clients in optimising their specific equipment requirements. This financial expertise helps to ensure clients receive tailored solutions that maximise accessibility and value.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Julia has over 20 years experience in administration, accounting and taxation, having worked within a range of small business, corporations and professional offices. Julia coordinates all day-to-day operational activities for Arrowsmith Assets.

SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

With a strong background in customer service and administration across various business settings, Julie brings a versatile skill set to her role as Sales Support Administrator. Julie is focused on providing excellent administrative support to the sales team whilst delivering a positive customer service experience.
