Steve has over 25 years’ experience in the earthmoving, civil construction, mining and transport industries. Prior to joining Arrowsmith Group, he was a Director in ANZ’s Structured Asset Finance business and had previously held leadership roles at Caterpillar Financial Australia Limited. Steve has deep and broad experiences in dealing with contractors and structuring arrangements to suit their requirements.
